Job Description:
**Position Summary: **Coordinates all aspects of Company's
direct sales account activities for a defined group of territories
by performing the following duties. **Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: **To perform this job successfully, an individual
must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties
may be assigned.
- Function as the primary point of contact between both direct
accounts and Sales Representatives for the assigned territories,
providing any necessary sales or account related information - and
doing so in a manner that is always professional and
courteous.
- Assist Sales Representatives that utilize manually issued
Purchase Orders, and/or, the Lone Wolf Arms ordering system to
receive orders into NetSuite and BigCommerce. This includes but is
not limited to, making sure pricing and payment terms are correct,
and the order reflects the needed information from the customers to
meet the qualifying program.
- Act as liaison between customers and company to coordinate
product shipments, shipping status, inventory stock status, and
supplier required documentation.
- Maintain customer information & pricing levels in the computer
are correct to the price list in the Lone Wolf shared drive /
folder for the current year.
- Prepare available inventory reports, as well as sales reports
for Sales Representatives.
- Act as back-up support to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator
for payment status inquiries as well as issuing RMA's (Return
Merchandise Authorizations).
- Work directly with Director of Compliance to ensure all sales
orders follow federal and state laws.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as
assigned, such as obtaining FFLs, method of payment and sales tax
certificates.
- Process orders requested by the marketing team to be sent out
for media purposes. This includes working with marketing and media
personnel to address any potential issues such as out of stock
items or product function issues.
- Work with marketing and purchasing to help coordinate items
needed for shows (product, ammunition, booth materials,
shipping).
- Travel to work at trade shows as needed. **Competencies: **To

from four-year college or university; or one to two years related
