seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant who is
interested in pursuing or currently on the Certified Management
Accountant (CMA) track . This role is ideal for professionals who
want to grow into strategic finance and management accounting
positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare
and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Assist with
cost analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting. Support
month-end and year-end close processes. Collaborate with management
on financial planning and decision support. Ensure compliance with
internal controls and company policies. Participate in projects
aimed at improving financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Strong understanding
of GAAP and management accounting principles. Currently have or
pursuing CMA certification, preferred. Alternatively,
non-attestation CPA path. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems;
strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and
