Job Description:
Job Description Job Description This position develops,
dispatches, monitors, maintains and updates labor schedules so that
projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible. Key
elements for this position: Develop and maintain schedules and
associated documentation Assess possible impacts to the schedule
and monitor schedule deviations. Assist in the developing of
alternate methods for corrective action. Communicate with field
crews both employee installers and sub-contractors and give
schedules to each of them. Review schedules with project team
members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data
is incorporated in the schedule. Performs and assists with a
variety of clerical duties as assigned. What we need from you:
Minimum of 2 years’ prior labor scheduling experience preferred.
Familiar with the administrative processing in residential and
commercial construction preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Detail-orientated, with excellent oral and written communications
skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal
and external clients. Quick learner with the ability to work well
in a team, multitask, and strong prioritizing skills. Must possess
strong computer skills with an advanced knowledge MS Office Suite
and have a great aptitude to quickly learn new programs.
Self-starter with the ability to perform job tasks accurately and
efficiently with minimal supervision and high level of integrity.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Comply with
departmental scheduling practices and procedures. A team player
willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Professional
appearance.
