About the Position Our Principal leads the school administration team and oversees the implementation of curriculum, as well as the overall operation of the school. This includes marketing plan implementation, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision and development, and facility management. The Principal provides a clear vision for learning and ensures every student is welcomed into a safe, secure, and positive learning environment, while also supporting staff in their roles. You must be: Bachelor’s degree Montessori Certificate preferred Must successfully clear criminal background check Minimum three years’ experience in education administration preferred Minimum one year teaching experience required; three years’ teaching experience preferred Meets minimum education and experience requirements to comply with applicable state regulation and accrediting boards, including holding any state required director certifications Ready to join our community and help shape the future of our students?
