innovative hardware solutions, is seeking a Hardware Engineer to
join their dynamic team. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be part
of the engineering department supporting product development and
system enhancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Bench
Test Engineer Location: On-Site in Boise, ID Pay Range: $56.65 an
hour Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? Perform
design and development engineering assignments related to SSD
products and systems, including new product development or updates
to existing products. Conduct research, evaluation, and application
of new processes and methods into products. Establish and conduct
testing routines to ensure product quality and performance. Develop
and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules, documenting work
and results for continuous improvement. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to integrate hardware solutions effectively.
What's Needed? At least 3 years of experience in hardware
electrical engineering. Strong understanding of Linux and coding.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work
effectively in a team environment and communicate technical
information clearly. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
