Job Description:

Drives Continuous Improvement to quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service.Train and educate multiple sites across Darigold on the performance system; FI, Safety, CSD etc.Responsible for auditing multiple sites and maintaining key performance indicatorsTrain, mentor multi plant performance leaders, pillar leads etc.Drive ROI improvements through focused improvement initiativesManage cost reduction projects using DMAIC principlesEngage plant management, machine operators, and maintenance engineers through recognition, coaching, encouragement, and leading by example.Responsible for discrete categories of OEE opportunity including tracking downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data.Ensures product quality.
