Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse or LPN for our Elm Urgent Care Clinic in Caldwell, Idaho!As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and must be a team player.About this position: The schedule for this position is full-time, offering 36 hours per week with a schedule of Thursdays, Fridays, and every other weekend. This is a three day a week12hr shift and provides several days off each week. This is a fast paste Urgent Care that helps our Canyon county community.Schedule: 12 hour shifts 7:45 AM-8:15 PM Monday, Wednesday, and every other weekendRN:General Requirements:

• Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.Education:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification:
    • Colleague must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
    • RN license in the state of Oregon required within six months
    • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire LPN:General Requirements:
      • Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.License/Certification:
        • Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.
        • Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting
