Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.We are hiring an RN or LPN to join our Elm Peds Clinic!As an RN/LPN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.SCHEDULE: Mon-Thurs , 8 hr shiftsRN:General Requirements:* Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.Education:* An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification:* Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.* Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.* All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.* Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire* Must obtain ACLS within 6 monthsLPN:General Requirements:* Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.License/Certification:* Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.* Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting* Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hireHIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:When Saint Alphonsus takes care of you, you can take better care of our patients.
