The -Overland Family Medicine, located on Overland Road, near Five
Mile -is hiring for a team-oriented and efficient Phlebotomist/
Ambulatory Care Aide!Position Summary & Highlights:
- As a Phlebotomist/Ambulatory Aide at the Overland Family
Medicine Clinic you will work closely with our medical providers
and have the opportunity to use a variety of your patient
skills.
- The Overland clinic is a well-established clinic with a loyal
patient population and has been a part of the west Boise and east
Meridian community for many years.

- From preventive screenings to chronic disease diagnosis and

- This clinic is also a Patient-Centered Medical Home -where
patient treatment is coordinated through the primary care physician
to ensure the patient receives the necessary care when and where
they need it, in a manner they can understand.
- This individual will assist with basic vitals, room of patient,
EKG's, place orders and other Ambulatory Care Aide duties.What you
will do:Our ideal candidate under the general direction of the
supervisor, the phlebotomist collects blood samples, correctly
identifies patients, transports specimens and performs all related
clerical and computer functions.Work Schedule:40 hours per week,

Tech/Ambulatory Care Aide at Saint Alphonsus Health System,

And, as the Ambulatory Care Aide with basic vitals, room of
patient, EKG's, place orders and other Care Aide duties.Minimum
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and hospital
staff.
- Good working knowledge of medical terminology and
computers.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.As an
Ambulatory Care Aide you will require:
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from
either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at
