We are looking for a On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice Team. Duties include telephone triage for calls coming in every other weekend from Friday 5:00 p.m. through Monday8:00 a.m. Visits to patients home, as needed. Communicate call notes to case managers. Primary duties will include patient visits during weekend hours, as needed, as well as possible admissions.Hospice/Home Health experience and MatrixCare experience a plus!RN REQUIREMENTS:Current RN license to practice in the state of operation.Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience. Experience in home health or hospice is preferred.Current CPR certification.Schedule flexibility (this position requires weekend availability) and travel required.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Must have valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.#ACHby Jobble
