CallVery low volume with rare Call Back24-hour call coverage, pager callDates Needed coverage will NOT be responsible for supervising other providersEMR: EPICTravel - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees)Lodging - $179/night cap for hotels (to include all taxes and fees). Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise Towne Square, an IHG Hotel.Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility (not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement). $50/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class.
