Summary Location: Boise, ID Potential Earnings: $96,000 – $111,000
in your initial year, which includes: A base salary ranging from
$80,000 to $95,000 Performance bonuses up to $6,000 annually
(distributed monthly) A sign-on bonus of as much as $10,000 Work
Schedule & Environment Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM – enjoy your evenings free! Work Setting: Center-based
Remote Work: Benefit from 2 work-from-home days each week (subject

Supervisor, you will be part of a collaborative team that

clinical outcomes across all locations. Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment
plans Guide and oversee behavior technicians and program
supervisors Provide parent training and ensure high standards of
clinical quality Maintain 30 billable hours weekly Collaborate
within a pod model to assist colleagues and ensure clinical
consistency Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance, and
curriculum development Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in
Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline Valid BCBA
certification Experience with individuals with autism and
developmental challenges Proficient in using technology (iPad,
electronic data collection, scheduling tools) Clearance for TB
test, immunization records, and background check Spanish language
