Job Description Boise, Idaho | Physical Therapist Leadership Opportunity Looking for a clinic leadership role where you can practice great physical therapy without taking documentation home at night? At Idaho Spine & Sports Physical Therapy, our therapists are supported by medical scribes and strong clinical teams , allowing them to focus on patient care while maintaining excellent work-life balance . We are hiring a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead one of our Boise-area clinics. Please note that you must be a Physical Therapist. This role is ideal for a therapist who wants to combine clinical excellence with leadership , mentor a team, and help grow a respected local practice. Your Role As a Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist , you will: • Perform patient evaluations and individualized treatment plans • Deliver high-quality orthopedic and outpatient physical therapy care • Mentor and support clinical staff • Build strong relationships with local physicians and referral partners • Ensure an exceptional five-star patient experience • Participate in clinic growth initiatives and community outreach • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent • Idaho PT license (or eligibility) • Strong clinical background in orthopedic or outpatient physical therapy • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration Bonus experience • Clinic leadership or mentoring • Community outreach or referral development International Candidates We have successfully sponsored H-1B visas for foreign-educated physical therapists.
