Schedule Full-time Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry care Diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of cases Build strong patient relationships and deliver high-quality care Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Active Idaho State Dental License Strong foundation in general dentistry Experience with endodontics is a plus, but not required Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Motivated and eager to grow New graduates are welcome, mentorship is available Pay & Compensation Daily guarantee for the first 6 months 30 percent of adjusted production Health insurance 401k Partnership opportunity available at Towne Square Dental South Additional benefits available and negotiable Both locations offer strong systems, well-trained teams, and a steady patient flow to help you succeed from day one.
