Job DescriptionHR/PAYROLL COORDINATOR OUR COMPANY: Founded in

right the first time.Why You Are Needed:As our HR/Payroll
Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with
all aspects and levels of Federal, State, and local laws,
regulations, and standards as it relates to Payroll processing and
Human Resources best practices. Responsibilities include compiling
and processing of all payroll data, maintaining data integrity and
assisting in various Accounting and HR functions, as needed.What

High School Diploma/GED required. Degree in related field
preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human
Resources with Payroll processing preferred. Background in
Paylocity Payroll processing a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite computer skills - Required
- Proficient in Paylocity Payroll Processing - Preferred
- Prepares, maintains, develops, and updates essential payroll
records and reporting as directed by the Chief Financial
Officer.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
via written and oral communication.
- Assists in the preparation of reports required by regulatory
agencies
- Compiles payroll data such as hours worked, paid time off
requests, expense, and mileage reports
- Calculates all mileage for those employees designated to
receive mileage reimbursement
- Calculates all per diem for those employees designated to
receive per diem
- Prepares computer input forms, corrects data into computer
files, and/or computes wages and deductions, and posts to payroll
records.
- Reviews wages computed, making revisions, when needed, ensuring
payroll accuracy.
- Prepares payroll reports for preparation of payroll and after
payroll is completed, forwards reporting to appropriate
individuals.
- Maintain data integrity of personnel information stored in
Paylocity (HRIS) as well as, maintaining all employment
documentation records, logs, etc. in a neat, orderly, and updated
manner while observing confidentiality.
- Ability to assist in various accounting duties, such as;
payment postings and reconciliations.
- Follows and assists in establishing organization-wide programs,
policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all Federal,
State, and local laws, regulations, and standards that affect Human
Resources and Payroll.
- Assists in maintaining an effective system for interviewing,
hiring, disciplining, and terminating the employment of personnel
in all classifications.
- Performs all other duties as required and assigned.
