Job Description Job Description General Laborer / Packer — Simplified Job Description Responsibilities Follow all safety and food safety rules. Keep work areas clean and organized. Set up your workstation and run basic packaging equipment. Pack products according to specs and meet daily production goals. Rotate between stations and help other lines when needed. Pull materials from the warehouse and return unused items. Enter basic production info into the system. Perform other general labor tasks as assigned. Skills Reliable and able to follow directions. Good attention to detail and quality. Able to work with basic manufacturing equipment. Strong communication and teamwork. Basic reading, writing, and math. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $15.00/hr.
