--- 10 years' experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare, big box, hospitality, education, federal, private or public, etc.)
--- Proven stability in your career working on commercial projects
--- Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
