GE to drive sales performance, foster outstanding client relations,
and enhance revenue growth within their designated geographic area.
This position plays a critical role in leading a sales team to
achieve business targets, implement strategic sales plans, and
deliver exceptional service in the rapidly evolving financial
services sector. Develop and execute strategic district sales plans
to achieve sales targets. Manage and lead a team of sales
professionals, fostering a culture of achievement and integrity.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Navigate the competitive financial services landscape and position
Global Payments as a leader in the market. Analyze market trends
and sales data to inform sales strategies and approaches. Oversee
the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to
drive the sales process from plan to close Excellent mentoring,
coaching, and people management skills Strong business acumen with
a comprehensive understanding of the financial services market
