Customer Success Representative Onsite - $25/hour + 100% Paid Health Benefits
CV Resources is hiring a Customer Success Representative on behalf of a leading telecommunications company based in Meridian, ID. Benefits: 100% employer-paid health insurance, 401(k), PTOAbout the Role:As a Customer Success Representative, youll play a vital role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by resolving technical and service-related issues for telecom products. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to provide timely, effective support, while also promoting products and services that help customers get the most out of their solutions.Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
Diagnose and resolve technical and service-related issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Troubleshoot and support telecom products and services remotely
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Promote and educate customers on features, best practices, and upgrades
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and technologies
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assignedQualifications: 1+ year of customer service or help desk experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
Reliable and committed to providing a great customer experience
